«Armwrestling with Resistance Bands»
► Exercise “Armwrestling with Resistance Bands” is very effective and useful for strengthening the elbow ligaments and joints, as well as for strengthening the shoulders, forearms and hands. The exercise is an imitation of hand wrestling (arm wrestling), but instead of the opponent’s hand, a resistance bands is used. Start with a small load, gradually increasing the number of resistance bands. Change the intensity of the exercise and train both hands. Do the same number of repetitions for the right and left hand.
